PakGame Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Player Agreement

To create an account and use the PakGame platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakGame does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming and betting services is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, nominee or representative of another person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from PakGame or have had an account suspended for rule violations.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not understand what that means, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

By completing the registration process on PakGame, you represent and warrant that all information you have provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false eligibility information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one PakGame account only. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a previous ban, claim duplicate bonuses or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide your real full name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a date of birth. The mobile number you register will be used for account verification, OTP-based authentication and withdrawal processing. It must be a number registered in your own name.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• PakGame will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any such request should be reported to support immediately.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PakGame support at once.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, regardless of who performed it.

PakGame reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal — by requesting supporting documents such as a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on PakGame are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency, cryptocurrency or any non-PKR payment instrument.

Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• Deposits are credited to your PakGame balance within minutes of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This matched-payment policy is a security measure and cannot be overridden except in documented exceptional circumstances reviewed by the payments team.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (starting from Rs 200 for mobile wallets). Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods.
• PakGame charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside PakGame's control.
• Funds deposited to your PakGame account may only be used for gaming and betting on the platform. Depositing solely to receive a bonus and immediately withdrawing without meeting play-through requirements is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.

PakGame reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, bonus wagering requirement review or fraud investigation. In such cases, the payments team will notify the player and state the reason for the delay.

All bets placed on PakGame are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting market. These rules are displayed within each game or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference.

• A bet is accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by PakGame's system and a reference number or bet ID has been generated.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where a specific market explicitly offers a cash-out or edit facility.
• PakGame reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error — including typographical errors, system errors or clearly incorrect pricing. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account.
• PakGame may impose maximum bet limits per selection or per player account. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure the long-term sustainability of competitive pricing.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, the decision of PakGame's trading team is final, subject to any formal complaint process initiated within 7 days of the settlement date.

For virtual sports and certified RNG games, outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generation systems. The RNG certification details are available on request from customer support.

PakGame periodically offers bonuses, free bets and promotional credits to players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and must be read before participation.

General bonus conditions that apply across all PakGame promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account only after completing any stated qualifying action, such as making a minimum deposit or placing a qualifying bet.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, shared or assigned to another account or person.
• PakGame reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if the player is found to have violated these Terms or the specific promotion terms, or if the bonus was claimed through deceptive means.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using a bonus and immediately withdrawing without genuine play, or coordinating with other players — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

PakGame is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a response to stress. If gaming stops being fun, that is a sign to stop.

PakGame provides the following tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Session time limits — set a maximum continuous play duration after which you are automatically logged out.
• Cooling-off periods — suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period. This is the most serious tool and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PakGame. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors or pricing mistakes knowingly. Players who identify a genuine error should report it to support — exploiting it is not considered acceptable use.
• Money laundering or using the PakGame platform in any way that constitutes a financial crime under Pakistani law or international standards.
• Creating or using an account registered in another person's name or identity, regardless of that person's consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, card games or any competitive format.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing PakGame staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to access, or attempting to interfere with platform infrastructure.

PakGame cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide relevant information about account activity where legally required to do so.

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed by PakGame in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, PakGame collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility to use the platform.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals and payment verification.
• Providing customer support and responding to queries.
• Monitoring for fraud, money laundering and responsible gaming concerns.
• Sending you relevant promotional communications, where you have opted in to receive them.

• PakGame is not liable for losses arising from temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network outages, power failures or third-party payment provider delays.
• PakGame is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profit, lost opportunity or emotional distress.
• PakGame's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose.
• PakGame is not responsible for the tax implications of any winnings in your jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for understanding and fulfilling any applicable tax obligations.

PakGame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A pattern of account behaviour consistent with problem gambling that poses a welfare risk.
• Legal, regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate closure.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time through the account settings page or by contacting support at support@pakgame.click. Voluntarily closed accounts retain their balance, which may be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures.

Where an account is closed by PakGame for rule violations involving fraud or financial crime, funds held in the account may be frozen pending investigation and potential forfeiture.

PakGame may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, regulatory requirements or operational practices. We are committed to giving players adequate notice of significant changes.

• For changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, notice will be provided at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.
• Notice may be provided via email to your registered address, a notification within your PakGame account, or a prominent announcement on the platform.
• Continued use of PakGame after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not accept a proposed change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange an account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
