Account & Registration

PakGame is open to Pakistani residents and nationals who are 18 years of age or older. You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name, a real date of birth, a working email address and your province of residence. Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason — is a violation of PakGame's terms and results in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

Under 2 minutes in most cases. You fill in your details on the Register page, enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and your account is live. The only thing that can slow the process down is a delay in receiving your OTP SMS — if that happens, wait 2 minutes and use the Resend button.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email and we will send you a reset OTP or link. If you no longer have access to either, contact support@pakgame.click with your full name and registered details for identity-verified manual recovery. Never share your password or OTP with anyone claiming to assist with recovery.

Yes, but contact details changes require identity verification because they affect account security. Log in, go to Account Settings and submit a change request. PakGame support will verify your identity before applying the change — typically within 24 hours. You will need to confirm the change via OTP on both the old and new mobile numbers where possible.

CNIC or identity verification is typically requested before your first withdrawal, when a large transaction is processed or if our risk systems flag an account for routine review. This is standard practice on all legitimate gaming platforms. Providing your CNIC does not mean there is a problem with your account — it protects you and PakGame from fraud. Accounts that complete full verification process withdrawals faster.

Email support@pakgame.click from your registered email address and state clearly that you want to close your account permanently. Any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure. If you are closing the account because of a gambling concern, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool instead — it specifically prevents re-registration during the exclusion period.

Deposits & Withdrawals

PakGame accepts six PKR payment methods:

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly on the deposit screen within your account before you confirm any transaction. All amounts are in PKR. There is no maximum deposit cap for standard account holders, though very large deposits may trigger a routine identity verification request as part of our compliance process.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals can take 2–6 hours depending on your bank's interbank processing schedule. Visa/Mastercard refunds may take 3–5 working days depending on your card issuer. If a withdrawal has not arrived after the expected window, contact support@pakgame.click with your transaction reference.

PakGame does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank or your card issuer — may apply their own transaction charges. These are outside PakGame's control. Check your payment provider's fee schedule to understand any charges they may apply to transfers. All PakGame-to-player payments are made at the face PKR value without deduction on PakGame's side.

First, wait the expected processing window for your method. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are normally instant but can occasionally take up to 10 minutes during peak hours. IBFT deposits can take longer. If the payment has been deducted from your wallet or bank but has not appeared after the expected time, contact support@pakgame.click with: your registered mobile number, the transaction reference or screenshot from your payment provider, and the amount and time of the transfer. The team will investigate and resolve it.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: pending identity verification (CNIC not yet submitted), an active bonus with an unfulfilled wagering requirement, the withdrawal amount being below the minimum threshold, or a mismatch between your registered details and your payment method details. Contact support@pakgame.click for a specific explanation — the team will tell you exactly what is needed to clear the withdrawal.

Games & Betting

PakGame covers the full range of cricket betting markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League), all Pakistan international fixtures (Tests, ODIs and T20Is), major international tournaments (Asia Cup, T20 World Cup, Champions Trophy) and bilateral series involving other top cricketing nations. PakGame's Card Games section includes baccarat, rummy, Teen Patti variants and other popular titles. Each game has an in-game rules section accessible before you place a real-money bet. We strongly recommend using the practice or demo mode — where available — to understand the mechanics before committing PKR. Rules are written in clear English tailored for Pakistani players.

In PakGame's Crash Games, you place a bet before a round starts. A multiplier begins rising from 1x — you can cash out at any point to lock in your winnings at that multiplier. If you do not cash out before the game crashes (the multiplier collapses), you lose your bet. The crash point is determined by a provably fair random number generator — it is not influenced by how many players are in the round or how much they have bet. You can set an auto-cashout at a target multiplier to remove the manual timing pressure.

PakGame's Poker section offers Texas Hold'em cash tables at multiple stake levels, sit-and-go tournaments and scheduled multi-table tournaments (MTTs). Stake levels in PKR are shown on each table before you join. There is no obligation to play at high stakes — low-stakes tables are always available. Tournament schedules, blind structures and prize pools are displayed in the poker lobby after login.

In PakGame's Fishing Games, you shoot at fish on screen — different fish carry different prize multipliers, and some special characters trigger bonus rounds. You control the bet amount per shot. Winning amounts depend on the fish caught and the active multipliers, all in PKR. Like all casino-style games, there is a built-in house edge — play within your set budget and use session limits to manage time.

Yes. PakGame's Virtual Sports results are generated by a certified random number generator (RNG). The outcomes are not influenced by which teams or players you have backed, how many bets are on each outcome or any other external factor. The RNG is independently tested and certified as part of PakGame's platform certification. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes — each virtual match is completely independent.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you must place bets totalling a certain multiple of your bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable cash. For example, a 10x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Your account's Promotions section shows your current progress in real time. Account Security

PakGame uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections — the same standard used by Pakistani banks. Passwords are hashed and salted, never stored in plain text. Login is secured by OTP two-factor authentication tied to your Pakistani SIM. One account per player is enforced. Unusual login attempts from new devices or locations trigger immediate notifications. Your PKR balance is protected at every level of the platform.

Accounts are automatically locked for 30 minutes after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. This is a security feature — it prevents brute-force password guessing. After 30 minutes the lock lifts automatically and you can try again. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password?" option on the Login page rather than guessing repeatedly.

Act immediately. If you can still log in: change your password at once, check your transaction history for any unauthorised activity, then email support@pakgame.click with your registered mobile number and a description of the suspicious activity. If you cannot log in, contact support directly — we can lock your account within minutes pending investigation. PakGame will never ask you for your password or OTP via any channel. If someone asked for this information claiming to be from PakGame, it was a phishing attempt.

Your data is collected and used only for the purposes described in PakGame's Privacy Policy — account management, identity verification, transaction processing and communications you have opted into. PakGame does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over SSL. You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing support@pakgame.click.

Responsible Gaming

After logging in, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour waiting period — this deliberate delay prevents you from impulsively overriding your own rules in the heat of the moment. PakGame offers two break options:
  • Cooling-off period — temporarily suspends your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks. Cannot be reversed early. Good for short-term breaks.
  • Self-exclusion — permanently closes your account for a minimum of 6 months (options up to permanent exclusion). Your balance is withdrawn to your registered PKR payment method. You cannot re-register during the exclusion period.

The most common warning signs include: spending more than you planned, chasing losses by placing more bets, hiding gaming activity from family, neglecting work or responsibilities, or feeling unable to stop even when you want to. PakGame requires a date of birth at registration and enforces the 18+ minimum age. CNIC verification can be requested at any stage. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and all funds returned to the original payment source.
